To apply for a scholarship, download and print our 2009 Scholarship Application. Follow all instructions
included on the 2009 Scholarship Application.
 Your
completed application (along with all required supporting documentation) needs to be mailed after February 1, 2009
and must be postmarked by March 1, 2009.
Recipients will be notified by May 15, 2009.
It is very important that you provide current and up-to-date contact information on your Scholarship Application.
Failure to respond to inquires from the Washington State Scholarship Foundation may result in Scholarship awards
being withdrawn and assigned to alternate recipients without additional notification.
